Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the brand design services provided by Callashell Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”) to the client (“you”). By engaging us, you agree to these terms.

1. Project scope

Each project is defined by the package selected (Brand Essentials, Brand Growth, or Brand Complete) and any additional scope confirmed in writing before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

2. Deposits & payment

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your project slot and confirm the start date.
• The remaining 50% balance is due on completion, before final files are released.
• Payments are made via PayPal to design@callashellstudio.com.
• All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).

3. Timelines

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith based on your chosen package. Timelines depend on prompt feedback from you. Delays in responses or in providing required materials may extend the project timeline.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond what is included will be quoted separately at our standard hourly rate.

5. Approval & delivery

Final files are released only after the full balance has been paid. Once delivered, you are responsible for archiving and backing up the files.

6. Ownership & rights

• On full payment, you receive full ownership of the final approved brand assets for unlimited commercial use.
• We retain ownership of all working files, sketches, and unselected concepts unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• We reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and on social media unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Cancellation

If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If we are unable to complete the project for reasons beyond our control, any unused portion of payments will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the total fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all information you share as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to deliver your project.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
